In 2020, the Antimicrobial Resistance Initiative designed and launched a mobile app based on the Micro-Combat® card game, in collaboration with the European Joint Action on Antimicrobial Resistance and Healthcare-Associated Infections (EU-JAMRAI). The educational game, designed to raise young people’s awareness about how infections are transmitted and prevented, is now available as a free app (1).
We also collaborated in the launch of the first edition of the education initiative for antimicrobial resistance awareness, through the Superbug Awareness for Education (2) program funded by EITH Health.
